Justine didn't build SiteSherpa from a boardroom. She built it from two decades of being in the field, on construction sites, in mines, in aged care facilities, and in boardrooms where leaders were making safety decisions without understanding the operational reality underneath them. She's always been more interested in fixing broken systems than describing them. After years of watching businesses invest in WHS frameworks that sat unused, and consultants deliver recommendations that nobody could implement, she started paying attention to a different problem: why hadn't the safety industry adopted technology the way every other field had? The competitors weren't innovating. The software hadn't changed in fifteen years. The consulting playbook was still the same template it had been in the early 2000s. She saw a genuine gap and she had the field experience to know exactly what was needed to fill it.
