Product Schedule – SiteSherpa

This Product Schedule sets out details of the Services provided by SiteSherpa Pty Ltd (SiteSherpa). Capitalised terms have the meaning given to them in the Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise specified in this Product Schedule.

SiteSherpa provides a SaaS platform for workplace health and safety management, including AI-assisted tools and related features. The Services are delivered via the SiteSherpa web and mobile applications.

SiteSherpa Core Platform

  1. The SiteSherpa platform provides tools for creating, managing, and storing Safety Work Method Statements (SWMS), risk assessments, incident reports, and compliance documentation.
  2. Users (including Clients) may access customisable templates, document storage, and basic reporting features.
  3. SiteSherpa makes reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability and security in accordance with industry standards, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

SWMS AI

  1. SWMS AI is an AI-powered tool that generates draft SWMS documents based on user inputs, industry templates, and SiteSherpa's internal AI models.
  2. The output is a suggested draft only and must be reviewed, customised, and approved by the user (Client or their authorised personnel) before use.
  3. SiteSherpa does not provide legal advice, and SWMS AI outputs do not constitute professional WHS consultancy or guaranteed compliance with Australian laws, regulations, or standards (including but not limited to the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 or relevant Codes of Practice).
  4. SiteSherpa relies on accurate and complete user inputs for AI generation. SiteSherpa makes reasonable efforts to update AI models based on changes in legislation but may not reflect all updates immediately.

Risk AI

  1. Risk AI assists in identifying and prioritising potential hazards and controls based on user-provided data and SiteSherpa's internal risk frameworks.
  2. Outputs are indicative only and intended to support (not replace) professional risk assessments.
  3. SiteSherpa does not conduct comprehensive site-specific risk reviews or audits unless separately agreed in writing (and at additional cost).
  4. Any risk ratings, recommendations, or statuses (e.g., Low/Medium/High, Mitigated/Not Mitigated) are generated against SiteSherpa's internal criteria and may not encompass all risks relevant to a Client’s specific operations, industry, or location.

SiteSherpa Mobile App

  1. The SiteSherpa mobile app enables offline access to selected features, including viewing and completing SWMS, reporting incidents, and accessing documents.
  2. Offline functionality is limited to data cached on the device; synchronisation requires internet connectivity.
  3. Users consent to receiving push notifications, SMS, or email communications from SiteSherpa for reminders, updates, or platform alerts.

Analytics & Reporting Module

  1. The Analytics module provides dashboards, metrics, and reports based on data uploaded or generated within the platform.
  2. Reports are for informational purposes only and rely on the accuracy of user-entered data.
  3. SiteSherpa does not verify or audit the completeness or accuracy of user data and makes no warranty as to its suitability for regulatory reporting or external audits.

General Disclaimers and Responsibilities

  1. SiteSherpa employs qualified personnel and internal frameworks to develop and maintain the platform and AI tools. These are not necessarily aligned with every external legal, industry, or jurisdictional standard.
  2. Clients are solely responsible for:
    • Reviewing, customising, and approving all AI-generated outputs (e.g., SWMS, risk assessments).
    • Ensuring compliance with applicable WHS laws, regulations, and site-specific requirements.
    • Seeking independent professional advice where necessary.
  3. SiteSherpa will make reasonable attempts to prompt users (via registered communication channels) to complete outstanding actions, update documents, or address expirations (e.g., license or certification reminders), but ultimate responsibility rests with the user.
  4. Certain advanced features, custom integrations, or enhanced support may require separate written agreement and may incur additional fees.
  5. SiteSherpa reserves the right to update or modify features based on internal priorities, technological advancements, or legislative changes, with reasonable notice provided where practicable.

This Product Schedule forms part of the agreement between SiteSherpa and the Client. In the event of any inconsistency, the Terms and Conditions prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.
