Is this an EAP replacement?

No EAP is a wellbeing benefit. This is a risk mitigation platform. Some businesses will run both; others will transition. They serve different purposes.

Do workers need a SiteSherpa login?

No. Workers access sessions through a dedicated portal. Full SiteSherpa integration available for existing customers.

Who are the psychologists?

AHPRA-registered psychologists, matched to workers based on presenting issues. No counsellors in our clinical model.

What happens after 3 sessions?

Workers are directed to Medicare (up to 10 GP-referred sessions/year) or Private Health Insurance. Employer cost is defined and contained.

Is session data confidential?

Yes. You receive aggregate, de-identified reporting by session category. No individual session content is disclosed to employers.
